EXCHANGE POLICY

From the date of receipt of your order, you have 10 business days to make any changes or request clarification about your jewel(s). In case of requesting a product exchange, the piece must be kept in its original packaging and not have any signs of use. It should not be scratched, damaged or dented.

The shipping costs generated by this change must be covered by the customer and the exchange will be made once the Anabel Cano team receives the product to be replaced.

On discount jewelry, sales are final and no exchanges will be accepted.

In case of requiring an exchange due to a faulty item, it is necessary to contact us via mail detailing the defect with photos and a description. The expenses in this scenario will be covered by the Anabel Cano brand.
