Thank you for visiting anabelcano.com (hereinafter the “Site”). These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the “Conditions”) are intended to manage the access and use you make of the Site. For purposes of clarity from now on we will refer to you as the “User” or “You”.

The prices of our products include all taxes, but do not include transport costs, unless otherwise indicated and there is no minimum purchase amount.
anabelcano.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of registering the orders (subject to the availability of the product).
When making a purchase at anabelcano.com, the user or client declares that they have read and understood all the information related to the products purchased. Said information is found on each product’s page, and includes a general description of the product and its characteristics.
We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will do our best to please all our customers in the demand for the products. In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the user will be informed by email of its cancellation or updated shipping date information.
TYPE OF PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
Our payment methods used by anabelcano.com will be made through the Pay Pal and Mercado Pago platforms.
When contracting a service or buying a product online, bank data will be requested, committing ourselves to offer security and confidentiality of these, that’s why we have integrated the services of PayPal, online payment platforms and Mercado Pago. This platforms operates on secure servers under the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol in such a way that the information sent is transmitted encrypted to ensure its protection.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
We are committed to shipping to the entire Republic of México. Our delivery times are between 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Order processing and shipping time is 1-10 business days. Delivery times may be altered by holidays, festive seasons (such as Christmas), or due to causes beyond our control. Therefore, the indicated deadlines are no guarantee of delivery but we will try our best to meet them.
The cost of a standard shipment to all of Mexico is $150.00 MXN and we have a FREE shipping policy for purchases over $2,000.00 MXN.
You will be notified by email of the entire shipping process once the purchase is confirmed.
Address changes can be made as long as the package has not left the route. If the package is already en route and it is required to change the final delivery destination, a return must be requested to the city of origin and once the package returns to our offices, it will be necessary to pay a new guide and indicate the new address where you want the product to arrive.
COMMUNICATION WITH YOU
Every time you use one of our services or send us an email, you will be communicating electronically with us, so we understand that you agree to receive communications from us by electronic means and that we save and use your personal information to communicate with you, always in compliance with our Privacy Notice and applicable laws. You also agree that all contracts, notices and other communications that we send you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
GUARANTEES AND CHANGES
From the date of receipt of your order you have 10 business days to make any changes or clarification of your jewel(s). In case of requesting a product change, the piece must keep its original packaging without any signs of use. It should not be scratched, damaged or dented.
The shipping costs generated by this change must be covered by the customer and the change will be made once the Anabel Cano team receives the part to be changed.
On discount jewelry, sales are final and no exchanges will be accepted.
In case of requiring a change by default, it is necessary to contact us via mail detailing the defect with photos and description, the expenses in this scenario will be covered by the Anabel Cano brand.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the Products are unitary and include the corresponding VAT. The User, when accessing and using the Site, undertakes to make proper and lawful use of it. User agrees to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services and may only use the Services for lawful purposes. The User’s obligations, in addition, without detriment to those that arise in the other sections of these Conditions, will be the following:
1. You are obliged to guarantee the veracity and accuracy of the data you provide us and carry out as many updates as necessary. In any case, You will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements you make and for the damages caused to Us, other Users or third parties for the information you provide, expressly committing to keep peace and indemnify Anabel Cano for their affiliates, subsidiaries, controlling or controlled companies, shareholders, administrators, attorneys-in-fact, officers, advisors and employees and/or any third parties for damages that may arise from the inaccuracy or lack of veracity of said data.
2. Notify us immediately of any indication of the existence of a violation in the security of the Site or the Services provided or due to security failures of any kind.
3. Make good use of the content, information and Services provided from or through the Site, in accordance with the law, good faith and generally accepted good customs, expressly committing to refrain from engaging in practices or uses of the Services for illicit purposes, fraudulent, harmful to the rights or interests of anabelcano.com or other Users or third parties, as well as not infringing the rules contained in these Conditions that regulate any of the Services provided from or through the Site.
