In case of requesting a product exchange, the piece must be kept in its original packaging and not have any signs of use. It should not be scratched, damaged or dented.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The shipping costs generated by this change must be covered by the customer and the exchange will be made once the Anabel Cano team receives the product to be replaced.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>On discount jewelry, sales are final and no exchanges will be accepted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In case of requiring an exchange due to a faulty item, it is necessary to contact us via mail detailing the defect with photos and a description.
